It’s time to go scientific! There is a big problem when you loose fat very fast and your skin is not keeping up! This is where the “30 minute a day physical exercises” saying comes in. Well… when you make sport every day you are not only loosing fat and burn calories and keep your heart healthy, but you keep your skin elastic and in shape! Moving your body parts makes your skin follow the motion and this helps your skin being in shape like your muscles or your heart. Remember this when to choose to stop eating to loose weight. You will end up like the shar-pei dogs but you will not be so cute 🙂
